A new R for the Masses
January is generally a month of down time. As people get back into the grind of their daily lives, post holiday mayhem (even if you don’t celebrate lavishly, the angst is contagious), it takes about a week to get your feet back on the ground. And when you do return, sometimes you realize you have more stuff. Great. Just what you needed.
Well, this year, Build It Green is having their First Annual Build it Green! Re-gifting Bash and Holiday Party. Bring that gift that you awkwardly smiled upon opening and trade it for someone else’s awkwardly opened gift that suits you better. Or take nothing at all.
Hosted by Tandem, a new bar in Bushwick, which has been furnished and built almost entirely with surplus materials from the Build it Green! warehouse, the theme is: one person’s december dross is another person’s january jewels.
